We recommend parking in the East Parking Garage near door 10 to most easily access the Chicago Elite.

Please plan to arrive around 7:00 PM (30–45 minutes prior) to allow time for parking, check-in, and boarding.

Cruises depart PROMPTLY at 7:30PM and cannot be held for late arrivals.

Upon arrival, proceed to the designated City Cruises check-in area.

  • Provide your name to the event host or check-in staff
  • You may be asked to show a confirmation email or ID
  • Once checked in, you’ll be directed to the boarding line

Yes, most City Cruises vessels are ADA accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please notify the event organizer in advance so accommodations can be arranged.

Cruises operate rain or shine. The vessels are fully enclosed and climate-controlled, with outdoor viewing decks available when weather permits.

Dress is typically business casual or smart casual, unless otherwise specified.

  • Comfortable shoes are encouraged
  • Bring a light jacket or wrap—temperatures can be cooler on the water, especially in the evening
